Yes, absolutely. We treat your proprietary ideas and codebase with strict confidentiality. We sign bilateral NDAs before discussing any project details or technical scoping.
What are your payment terms and milestones?
We typically break projects into milestone-based sprints. A deposit is required to start, with subsequent payments released upon milestone approvals on our staging server. We accept major bank wires, credit cards, and PayPal.
How do we track the development progress?
We believe in absolute transparency. We provide you with access to our staging servers for live previews, set up private Slack/Teams channels, and run version-controlled Git repositories where you can audit detailed commits.
Do you provide post-launch maintenance and support?
Yes. Every project includes a 30-day post-launch support window to fix any unforeseen bugs or issues. Longer-term support, performance audits, and SLA agreements are available as retainer plans.
