1. When You Can Request a Refund
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if the product does not function as described. In addition, if our support team cannot resolve the issue after troubleshooting, you will remain eligible for a refund. To help us, you must also provide access such as FTP, GIT, or WordPress admin credentials so we can investigate the problem.
2. Situations Where CodersGrow Refund Policy Does Not Apply
Refunds do not apply in every case. For example:
- Conflicts with third-party plugins, themes, or custom code.
- Requests for new or extended features beyond the original product.
- Installation, customization, or consultancy services.
- Cases where customers refuse to provide the required access.

3. How to Request a Refund from CodersGrow
To request a refund, simply open a ticket through our CodersGrow Helpdesk. First, our team will attempt to solve the issue. If we cannot resolve it, then we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
4. Conditions for Approval in the CodersGrow Return Policy
To complete a refund, you must:
- Delete all copies of CodersGrow software from your server or host.
- Confirm the deletion by sending an email to our support team.
Without confirmation, we cannot proceed with the refund.
5. Refunds as Store Credits
Instead of receiving money back, you can also choose a refund as store credit. With credits, you can purchase another CodersGrow product or service. This option works well if you plan to continue using CodersGrow solutions.
6. Our Commitment – CodersGrow Return & Refund Promise
At CodersGrow, we aim to fix the issue first. However, if we cannot provide a working solution, then we will approve a refund. In short, refunds act as a last resort, but our support team will always do their best to resolve your concerns.
